(Operator) Marketplace 2026 Registration

A Group Leader Marketplace, hosted by Lycoming County Visitors Bureau at Liberty Arena in Williamsport, PA!   

This event features exciting exhibits by various destinations, convention and visitor bureaus, museums, casino companies, etc. arranged by region in a large exhibit hall.

This is an opportunity for tour planners, charter representatives, and group leaders to explore exciting travel options for 2026 and beyond.  Tour companies can register to exhibitor or walk the Marketplace floor.

Engage directly with our Travel and Destination partners, who are eager to showcase what they have to offer. PBA coordinates an arrival schedule for our motorcoach operators who bring group leaders looking to discover fun and exciting places to travel. Motorcoach operator tour planners are also available to speak one-on-one.

All in all, this event has refined itself to meet everyone’s traveling needs!

Schedule at a Glance:

• Monday, March 30:  Exhibitor set-up, optional Best Practices Roundtable, Board of Director’s meeting, optional Networking Reception.
• Tuesday, March 31: Final booth setup, optional Breakfast Briefing, and the Marketplace main event at Liberty Arena, 315 Hepburn Street, Williamsport, PA.

Operators bringing group leaders will receive the FAM Tour listing in December to schedule the tour with the FAM host.

Key Dates:

• January 31, 2026 - Last day for Operators to schedule a FAM Tour.
• February 20, 2026 - Registration closes.
• March 10, 2026 - Hotel Room reservation deadline.
