Marketplace Registration and Sponsorship Opportunities are open for the Pennsylvania Bus Association’s 2026 Group Leader Marketplace Show, hosted by Lycoming County Visitors Bureau at The Liberty Arena in Williamsport, PA!
Williamsport is in Northcentral Pennsylvania along Routes 15 and 180—just an easy trip from Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh. Daily flights via Southern Airways arrive at Williamsport Regional Airport.

Your booth registration includes:
- Two booth representatives (3rd person for a fee)
- Exhibitor FAM Tour with Lycoming County Visitors Bureau and Susquehanna Trailways (must opt-in on the registration form)
- Networking Reception & Award's Ceremony (must opt-in on the registration form)
- Briefing Breakfast (must opt-in on the registration form)

Early Bird Savings
Save $100 off your booth when you register by October 31, 2025. Don’t miss out—this discount disappears fast! If you use the early bird discount, the booth must be reserved and paid by 10/31. If you want to reserve early and can't pay, we can invoice you at a later date. All we ask is that you let us know.
PBA Member Perks:
- Attendees of our 2025 Annual Conference received a special promo code ($100 off full booth / $50 off shared booth) valid November 1–December 31, 2025. Check your 2025 Conference program book for the code.

03:00 pm - 05:00 pm Optional Exhibitor FAM Tour After you have had a chance to set-up your booth and attend the roundtable, the Lycoming County Visitors Bureau and Susquehanna Trailways invite you to join them on an adventure.

Cancellations
Due to venue guarantees, cancellations must be submitted in writing to director@pabus.org. Cancellations received within three weeks of the event start date will not be refunded. We cannot be held accountable for cancellations not received, please verify with PBA receipt of a cancellation.
