The Driver and Employee of Distinction Award Nomination Period is Open!

For many decades, PBA has proudly sponsored the Driver and Employee of Distinction Award's Program, a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in the motorcoach industry. We recognize the hard work and dedication of our members and their employees who tirelessly serve the needs of their customers and communities.

Nominate a driver or an employee whom you feel deserves special recognition for their 2025 dedication, safety record, and commitment to your company and the motorcoach industry in general. 

You will have an opportunity to choose which event you will attend to honor your employee(s). 

• 2026 Marketplace Networking Reception on Monday, March 30, 2026, in Williamsport, PA
• 2026 Annual Conference Luncheon on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in the Poconos, PA

Your nominee and/or a company representative are required to be in attendance at your chosen event presentation.  Time will be allotted at the presentations for your personal comments, by a company representative, on the achievements of the employee. 

Awards will not be mailed.

Submission Deadlines:

• The deadline to submit your nomination to present at the 2026 Marketplace is February 13, 2026.
• The deadline to submit your nomination to present at the 2026 Annual Conference is May 15, 2026.

Eligibility:

Operator and Tour Operator members can nominate a driver and/or an employee for a Driver or Employee of Distinction Award.

Travel Supplier and Associate members can nominate an employee for an Employee of Distinction Award.

Also, you can register two guests per nominee, at no additional charge.
