Marketplace Registration and Sponsorship Opportunities are open for the Pennsylvania Bus Association’s 2026 Group Leader Marketplace Show, hosted by Lycoming County Visitors Bureau at The Liberty Arena in Williamsport, PA!

Williamsport is in Northcentral Pennsylvania along Routes 15 and 180—just an easy trip from Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh. Daily flights via Southern Airways arrive at Williamsport Regional Airport.

Early Bird Savings

Save $100 off your booth when you register by October 31, 2025. Don’t miss out—this discount disappears fast! If you use the early bird discount, the booth must be reserved and paid by 10/31. If you want to reserve early and can't pay, we can invoice you at a later date. All we ask is that you let us know.

Monday, March 30 – Exhibitor set-up, optional Best Practices Roundtable, Board of Director’s meeting, optional Networking Reception.

Tuesday, March 31 – Final booth setup, optional Breakfast Briefing, and the Marketplace main event at Liberty Arena, 315 Hepburn Street, Williamsport, PA.

Due to venue guarantees, cancellations must be submitted in writing to director@pabus.org. Cancellations received within three weeks of the event start date will not be refunded. We cannot be held accountable for cancellations not received, please verify with PBA receipt of a cancellation.
